20km swim in shark infested waters to  fundraise  for  EdConnect Australia.

Board Director Ian Hasleby by takes it all in his stride.

Ian Hasleby is a long standing volunteer director on EdConnects board has said that he continues to be inspired by the work of EdConnect Australia and the positive outcomes achieved by our army of volunteers with kids in school who need help support and guidance. Ian is calling upon your support to help fundraise for EdConnect.

Ian volunteers on the board, helps out at fundraising sausage sizzles, has MC’d a number of EdConnect events and  much, much more.  Ian is so committed that he is now fundraising for EdConnect by taking part in the Karma Resorts Rottnest Channel Challenge Solo 20km Swim in 2017.

Ian will be braving the swells of the swim to Rottnest Island, dodging sharks along the way buoyed by the knowledge that every kilometre completed helps EdConnect provide life changing  mentoring and learning support to kids who need help the most.

Completing the Rotto swim is an enormous undertaking with many hours of training often in challenging conditions.  Please join us in getting behind Ian and supporting him in this challenge by donating to EdConnect and leaving Ian messages of support and encouragement.

You can make a donation through our website and leave a message for Ian which we will update on this page by clicking here.

Alternatively you can donate through Ian’s Everyday Hero Fundraising page by clicking here.

Don’t forget that all donations over $2.00 are tax deductible.

On behalf of Ian and the EdConnect Team thank you for your support.
