Connecting Generations for School Success
Kwinana, Peel & Upper South West WA
In 2024, this collaboration will supercharge the ‘Connecting Generations for School Success’ project, reaching more young people across Kwinana, Peel, and the upper South West regions and establishing the program in Portland, Victoria.

Matching Volunteers with Partner Schools
Geelong & Surf Coast VIC
The support from Give Where You Live enables local residents in the Geelong and Surf Coast region who have passion and a desire to support students and schools to be recruited, trained and matched with partner schools to meet their need.

Learning Support Volunteers
TAS
Over several years, EdConnect will expand the learning support program into 20 North/North-West Tasmania schools and match 140 volunteers to support 5,000 students with additional classroom support (numeracy/literacy/learning).

Telethon
Western Australia
In 2025 and with the support of Telethon, the EdConnect Great at Eight program will focus on providing 150 trained and skilled volunteers to primary schools to work with children who are at risk of falling behind in literacy skill development before they reach a pivotal point in their reading – the end of Year 3.

Schools Mental Health Menu
Victoria
EdConnect Australia is honoured to be listed as an evidence-based program on the Victorian Government’s Schools Mental Health Menu, designed to give selected Victorian schools the opportunity to use their mental health funding to purchase our model and improve the mental health and well-being of their students.
