EdConnect Australia is excited to announce our most significant philanthropic support to date for our Victorian operations.  The William Buckland Foundation has awarded EdConnect a $450,000 grant ($150k x 3 years) that will enable us to implement two key priorities of our strategic plan. The funding will improve educational outcomes and social wellbeing for disadvantaged young people in Victoria by expanding our volunteer program in schools, and will also allow us to strengthen the operational structure and sustainability of EdConnect in Victoria by employing a General Manager and broadening our engagement with government, business and the general population.

We aim to connect at least 250 volunteers and support 500 students in 60 schools with our Learning Support and Mentoring Programs in Greater Geelong, Hobsons Bay and Moreland area.

Thank you to the trustees of the William Buckland Foundation for investing in EdConnect Australia and enabling us to connect more generations to help young students thrive.
