Fundraising Events

1. Hold a gold coin Free Dress Day

Funds raised will have a direct impact on our ability to target volunteer recruitment in your local area as well as locations where volunteers are in great need. For more information check out our Information Sheet below!

Thank you to our Member Schools who held a fundraising day in 2022:

  • Lockridge Primary School, WA
  • Hillarys Primary School, WA

2. Take part in local fundraising events

Taking part in events is a great way to get involved in your local community, whilst also raising much-needed funds for EdConnect Australia.

That means more young people and more schools who need our help receiving support. You’ll also be helping to raise awareness about the important work we do to help young people get the most from their education.

It’s easy to get involved in existing fundraising events or organise your own.

3. Organise your own event

Raising funds through your choice of event has never been more fun or simple! Help us reach more young people in need by organising a fundraiser of your own.

There are so many to choose from – whether you want to host a dress down day at work, host a morning tea, hold a trivia night or anything else that sparks your imagination. You could even give-up presents for a special occasion, like your birthday or engagement, and ask for donations instead of gifts.
