Effective communication is a vital aspect of mutually respectful and honest relationships between people. The underpinning principles presented in this workshop focus on providing participants with the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to create and maintain positive cross-cultural relationships.  Participants will gain an understanding of the differences between race, nationality and ethnicity in relation to culture as a concept.  participants explore their own unique cultural experiences and develop an understanding of how influential skills, such as self-awareness combined with an attitude of respectful curiosity contribute towards rewarding cross-cultural communications.
