It is with regret that we announce that after five and a half years at the helm of EdConnect Australia, Australia’s leading intergenerational charity, Craig Stewart our CEO has tendered his resignation to commence the next chapter of his career in the West Australian government sector.

During his time with EdConnect Craig has lead our rebranding and transition to a new national charity and force for social good.  His dedication has resulted in an evidenced based, outcomes focussed charity that delivers tangible positive benefits to both young people receiving services and those volunteers supporting them.  Underpinning the delivery of high quality services has been the continued growth in funding which has furthered our long-term sustainability and enabled the continuing investment into service improvements and quality. Craig has led a dedicated team, each of whom play an integral role in the everyday running of such a successful charity.

Craig leaves EdConnect Australia in a very strong position for future growth and we sincerely thank him for his contribution and leadership during his tenure as CEO.

An interim CEO, Jason Berry, has been appointed from the board until the recruitment of a new CEO takes place. This will ensure continuity and aid the transition of a new permanent CEO.

The board wishes Craig a successful future as he progresses his career.
